Payment Terms and Pricing

Project pricing is provided in written proposals valid for 30 days. Payment schedules vary by project size: consultation deposits, design approval payments, and installation milestone payments as outlined in individual contracts. All pricing includes applicable taxes.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 5-year warranty on irrigation systems and automated equipment, 2-year warranty on hardscape installations, and 1-year warranty on plant materials with proper care.
